Development

Development started on 6 January 2004, with the outside of the structure finished on 1 October 2009. The outline of the flats has additionally been upgraded to make them all the more stylishly appealing and practically superior."[36] A changed consummation date of 2 December 2009 was then announced.[37] However, Burj Khalifa was opened on 4 January 2010, over a month later.[2][10]
